Merlot 2018 fra StoneCap Estate, Columbia Valley, Staten Washington

StoneCap is made with estate-grown grapes from the expansive and renowned Goose Ridge Vineyards in Washington State's Columbia Valley. This Valley and its surrounding rivers were formed during the Ice Age. The soil in this region is frequently wind-blown, leaving a 'Stone Cap' on the top of the hill.

Our StoneCap Estate Merlot is velvety with flavors of red berry, cherry, and notes of mocha that pairs perfectly with veal or gilled salmon.
