StoneCap is made with estate-grown grapes from the expansive and renowned Goose Ridge Vineyards in Washington State's Columbia Valley. This Valley and its surrounding rivers were formed during the Ice Age. The soil in this region is frequently wind-blown, leaving a 'Stone Cap" on the top of our hills.
Our StoneCap Estate Cabernet Sauvignon opens with notes of smoke and spice, accented by dried dark fruits and herbs. On the palate, lively flavors of cherries, plums, and cedar mingle over a supple structure. The juicy dark fruit carries on in a delicate, soft lingering finish.
